Make sure you ask how they heard about us – and select the corresponding answer in the “How Heard About DC” field.

If you select “GLA Referral”, it will open a new field called “GLA Referral Details” with more specific info on the GLA referral.

If they say something that is not in the drop-down menu of options, then email “andrew@terraeducation.com” and I can add it to the list.

Make sure you get their email address – even if they only want a paper catalog mailed to them.
