Thank you for being a supporter of Discover Corps’ mission to utilize travel as a force for good across the world. At Discover Corps, we take pride in the community-based partnerships that we have across the world. That’s why we are partnering with the Global Leadership Adventures Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit established by our sister organization, Global Leadership Adventures. Through this partnership, we’ve created a channel for returned Discover Corps travelers to donate to projects across the globe. 

About the Global Leadership Adventures International Foundation
Global Leadership Adventures (GLA) is the sister organization of Discover Corps offering service-learning programs for teens across the globe. GLA shares a similar mission and partners with many of the same organizations across the globe. The Global Leadership Adventures International Foundation works to support grassroots organizations engaged in meaningful community or conservation projects overseas, and to make grants available to students of diverse backgrounds to participate in Global Leadership Adventures service-learning programs abroad. GLAIF came to fruition at the request of Global Leadership Adventures’ program alumni. Returning from international service-learning programs, these teens were determined to find a way to continue to make change in communities around the globe by supporting locally driven projects from afar. Additionally, the foundation helps provide access to travel experiences for students from underserved communities who may not have the financial means to travel through need-based grants.

About the Community Partner Fund
The Community Partner Fund consists of a mix of projects and initiatives across the globe that we support. When you make a donation on behalf of the Community Partner Fund through the GLA International Foundation, you are directly supporting these organizations and the exceptional work they do around the world, whether that be in at-risk habitats, communities-in need or beyond. Because we cover all overhead costs, 100% of every donation to our Foundation goes directly to important development work happening around the world.
