The Experience
Get ready for a taste of one of Asia’s most up-and-coming cities! Ho Chi Minh City (known largely by locals as its former name Saigon), is the epicenter of urban life in Vietnam. Millions of scooters ply the narrow roads as skyscrapers tower over traditional markets. A true blend of modern Asia with a mix of the past.
Over the course of two and half days, we’ll visit the most iconic relic of the Vietnam War, the Cu Chi Tunnels, which were used by the Vietcong to wage guerilla warfare against the U.S. forces. By night, we’ll see all the main sites of Saigon by vintage jeep. Then get out to the countryside to experience life in the Mekong Delta, experiencing floating markets, village communities and a way of life defined by water. A perfect blend of urban & rural to cap off your trip to Indonesia!

Boasting stylish and well-appointed rooms in traditional Vietnamese style, a panoramic rooftop pool, and impeccable service, this hotel will be the perfect base for our three days in the city. It is also the perfect blend of relaxation and just steps into the hustle and bustle of one of Asia’s most exciting cities.
Itinerary Overview
Take a short flight from Danang to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Hit the road to the Cu Chi Tunnels to explore firsthand a true piece of well-preserved history. Head back into the city to check-in to our hotel and embark on an evening tour by vintage Jeep. Visit a rooftop overlooking the city, sample local street food, drive past the main sites of the city and watch as thousands of motorbikes snake through the city streets.
The next day will be a full-day adventure in the Mekong Delta. One of Asia’s most iconic natural landmarks, the Delta is not to be missed. Sprawling networks of rivers define life here. We’ll visit traditional floating communities, ride a tradtional wooden boat to local fishing villages, meet local artisans and enjoy a home-cooked lunch. Head back into the city for the evening and enjoy some free time exploring before heading out the next day.
